Oh man, I know exactly what you mean about the panic upon the introduction of the hairbrush following the ruler! Just the other day my neighbor took me over her lap for a hard bare-bottom spanking. It went on for a painful while and I had plans that evening to go out. Eventually the doorbell rang, my friends were here to pick me up- 'saved by the bell!' I thought.. She sent me to stand in the corner while she went to answer.
